New Year’s Eve parties in the Lowcountry are where champagne is sipped, booze is nipped, and toasts are made to the New Year with plates of succulent oysters. Only a couple of days before they had been silently nestled in creeks from the May River to Bohicket, Bulls Bay, and Murrells Inlet.
