As ai sit on my front porch each night I admire the oyster shells off to the side and thinknof you and Andrew. It is a great reminder!

I love oysters, anyway they are prepared but, can't wait to try them on the grill, Pat.

As you can see, oysters were on the menu quite often. One of our favorites we often had came from the crystal clear waters of the Outer Banks, called High Tiders. Sea Eagle Market will have them soon. I love our local oysters but also like to try oysters from other waters. When you cannot get outside to grill, just place them on a tray in the oven and take them out as soon as the shells pop open. Fabulous!
